Structure Tone is a global leader in construction management and general contracting services with offices located in the US, UK, and Ireland. Founded in 1971, the company is among the world’s top twenty construction companies worldwide, responsible for more than $3.5B in annual construction volume.
Pavarini McGovern was awarded the construction manager role in the design phase to provide preconstruction services for a new 96,000sf, 11-story condominium/apartment building. The project, located at the northeast corner of Broadway and West 110th Street in upper Manhattan, has ground-floor retail space with two restaurants, a food market, and a bakery.
Pavarini McGovern managed the conversion of a 17-story building that was more than 20 years in the making. Due to our extensive, relevant experience, the client selected us as their CM for the residential repositioning of a former circa-1931 light manufacturing building into a luxury residential tower.
Structure Tone’s special projects division provided construction services for Avocado Green Brands’ first retail mattress store in NYC. After several iterations of budgets and numerous rounds of site design due diligence, our team successfully completed a fit-out of the Flatiron store on a fast-tracked, 12-week schedule.
Structure Tone managed the build-out of a Google retail store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The 6,500sf space spreads over two floors and includes retail displays and back of house spaces.
With a nod to the existing historical landscape and details that introduce modern elements in newer architecture, this building stands out in the marketplace.
Our Pavarini McGovern team was responsible for repositioning an existing circa-1925 Class B office building totaling 700,000sf into Class A space. Several years later, we made two floors at this location our new world headquarters.
After leveraging a connection from Govan Brown in Toronto and building on a relationship cultivated during preliminary preconstruction efforts for offices on Lafayette Street, Structure Tone New York fit out Shopify New York’s new location at 131 Greene Street. Shopify, a Canadian commerce company that offers tools to start, grow, market, and manage a retail business of any size, will use the two-story, 8,200sf space as a merchant networking hub for its expanding clientele.
Tucked away beneath the famed High Line elevated walking path on Manhattan’s West Side, Automobili Lamborghini has opened a newly minted private space and NYC flagship, the Lamborghini Lounge New York City. The 5,400sf Lounge provides an immersion into the brand’s ethos and DNA within an exclusive, invite-only venue reminiscent of Lamborghini’s facilities in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
Located in Dallas, Texas Eataly’s new flagship store now lives in the busy designer shopping market of NorthPark Center. Occupying a large, three-story retail space on the west end, Structure Tone Southwest completed the 48,250sf base building repositioning, and high-end interior construction for this unique, European-inspired market and restaurant.
The Anthem, standing at 511,000sf, is a new 21-story brick-faced, reinforced concrete residential complex with retail and office space at-grade and parking below-grade.
