Our client is a leading science based global technology company who had recently created a brand-new innovation engine in Dublin, Ireland. This engine was the company’s first research and development centre which committed itself to optimizing the global technology, data security, and privacy operations of the company.
The Belfield Office Campus was acquired by Spear Street Capital in 2018. The anchor tenant and occupant of the campus’ three of ten blocks is Paddy Power, the largest betting firm in Ireland.
In 1992, Mutual of America acquired 320 Park Avenue, an iconic Class A office building to house their headquarters and other high-profile tenants. In 2021, Mutual of America partnered with SNY as their construction management contractor to complete an extensive refurbishment.
Pavarini McGovern served as the CM to a long-time repeat client for a significant infrastructure upgrade to one of their commercial assets, which remained operational during construction.
The Hubert project involved constructing a new 34-unit residential building located at 3-9 Hubert Street and Collister Street in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood. Pavarini McGovern was awarded the construction management role for the 16-story luxury high-rise condominium residences, which feature three maisonettes, two townhouses, 26 mid-level units, three penthouses, including a garden courtyard and a small commercial building.
Lixil, the parent company of American Standard and GROHE, amongst other brands, recently engaged Structure Tone NJ to help construct its New Jersey HQ. The project, spanning 65,000 SF over a single floor plate, was completed at 30 Knightsbridge in Piscataway, New Jersey.
Structure Tone worked with Brookfield Properties and Spector Group on the 45,000sf fit-out for Colliers International. The project is located on floors 11 and 12 of the iconic Grace Building.
Our Pavarini McGovern team was responsible for repositioning two separate outdated office buildings into one new Class A office facility. The unique scope involved combining two existing addresses into one 26-story, 360,000sf structure composed of a new concrete tower attached to an existing 17-story steel structure.
