Katten elected Structure Tone Southwest to construct their new office located on floors 10 and 11 at the Park District Tower in Downtown Dallas. The unique 45,000sf office space consisted of extremely high-end finishes throughout and numerous specialty items.
Structure Tone collaborated with Hogan Lovells to complete their new law office in Boston’s Financial District. The new 41,000sf space was inspired by Boston’s iconic Zakim Bridge, which is reflected in everything from the offices and reception area to the conference rooms, training room, and café.

During Milbank LLP’s move from Wall Street to 55 Hudson Yards, we transformed 10 expansive floors into a world-class work experience for lawyers, staff and clients. This single-phase project spans floors 30-39, with the 35th, 36th and 37th floors completing early for TCO and PA requirements.
Kirkland & Ellis
As an international law firm, Kirkland & Ellis was looking for a sleek and sophisticated new Boston office that would mirror their world-class services. Brought on as their construction management partner, Structure Tone reconfigured Kirkland’s offices from the 20th to the 46th and 47th floors at the iconic John Hancock tower.
Structure Tone provided construction management services to McKool Smith for their new space at One Manhattan West. The law firm relocated their office onto two floors for a total of almost 65,000sf.
Kaye Scholer LLP
Our firm managed the construction of the headquarters office at 250 West 55th Street for Kaye Scholer, now merged with Arnold & Porter in a new firm called Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer. This fit-out project took place on the concourse, floors 3 through 12 and a portion of the 13th floor, totaling approximately 260,000sf.
