Fit-Outs

Refurbishment
We manage heavy structural refurbishment and cut-and-carve projects, including those in occupied buildings for clients such as BentalGreenOak, Gaw Capital, Brookfield Properties, J.P. Morgan, Rowan Asset Management, Royal Courts of Justice, Royal College of General Practitioners, and Youthscape.
Data Centres
As London’s largest specialist data centre contractor, we support the needs of owner-occupied and co-location data centres. We have completed a large number of new build facilities, DC expansions, and engineering infrastructure upgrades for clients which include; Thomson Reuters, Digital Realty, Volta Data Centres, Cisco Systems and Interxion, together with a host of confidential projects for blue chip and financial sector clients.
Digital Construction (BIM/VC)
Our in-house Digital Construction team employs advanced visualisation techniques tools to demonstrate our understanding of the design intent and to manage clash detection, buildability analyses, construction sequencing, take-off estimates, asset management, and other factors of the process.

We recognise that the benefits of BIM apply to both public and private-sector projects. We have found that combining two disciplines into one department, in-house, ensures that accuracy and interoperability through virtual construction is seamless and consistent throughout the life of the project.
