The first facility of its kind on Long Island, the Summit Health Medical Office Building has been hailed as the prototype for future facilities in the area. LF Driscoll Healthcare helped transform an existing 28,489 sf three-story office building (with the lower level below grade) into a new multi-specialty care clinic and diagnostic imaging suite.

LF Driscoll Healthcare’s ongoing relationship with NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital spans several projects, including the fit-out of a three-story, core-and-shell building to accommodate medical offices for the NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group practice in Brooklyn’s East Midwood neighborhood. This new facility features OB/GYN services on the first floor, primary care on the second floor, and orthopedics on the third floor, with space beneath the facility for parking on the basement level.
