We served a long-time client as their CM, at-risk (GMP) for the construction of a new 660’ luxury condominium tower at 200 Amsterdam Avenue - the tallest residential building in Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
Our client is a leading science based global technology company who had recently created a brand-new innovation engine in Dublin, Ireland. This engine was the company’s first research and development centre which committed itself to optimizing the global technology, data security, and privacy operations of the company.
The first facility of its kind on Long Island, the Summit Health Medical Office Building has been hailed as the prototype for future facilities in the area. LF Driscoll Healthcare helped transform an existing 28,489 sf three-story office building (with the lower level below grade) into a new multi-specialty care clinic and diagnostic imaging suite.

LF Driscoll Healthcare’s ongoing relationship with NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital spans several projects, including the fit-out of a three-story, core-and-shell building to accommodate medical offices for the NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group practice in Brooklyn’s East Midwood neighborhood. This new facility features OB/GYN services on the first floor, primary care on the second floor, and orthopedics on the third floor, with space beneath the facility for parking on the basement level.
Following nearly 15 years of planning, construction, and fundraising, The Jackie Robinson Museum (JRM) is open. In partnership with Zubatkin, Gensler, ME Engineering, and the Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF), Structure Tone transformed the ground floor of 75 Varick Street into a space dedicated to the remarkable life and legacy of the legend who became the first African American to play Major League Baseball in 1947.

Penn Medicine & Virtua Health Proton Therapy Center

Virtua Health partnered with Penn Medicine to develop a new proton facility on Virtua’s hospital campus in Voorhees, NJ—the only such facility in the southern part of the state. LF Driscoll led the construction of this state-of-the-art facility, which was integrated into Virtua’s existing healthcare facilities and campus.
Structure Tone successfully turned over a refurbishment project for a confidential pharmaceutical client under a design & build management contract. As the main contractor for this project, the Dublin team delivered the design, early procurement, and build out which needed to be in compliance with building regulation requirements.
Structure Tone Ireland delivered the first phase Data Centre Building for CyrusOne at their flagship Dublin Campus. The project involved the Shell & Core construction Including technical fit-out through to Racks, modelling, management, and commissioning of the first 9MW of 18MW in the first build for CyrusOne.
The Belfield Office Campus was acquired by Spear Street Capital in 2018. The anchor tenant and occupant of the campus’ three of ten blocks is Paddy Power, the largest betting firm in Ireland.
Structure Tone recently completed the fit-out of the new Blueface (a Comcast Business Company) corporate headquarters at Number 2 North Dock, Dublin 2. The fit-out is 15,000sqft with high-end finishes.
In 1992, Mutual of America acquired 320 Park Avenue, an iconic Class A office building to house their headquarters and other high-profile tenants. In 2021, Mutual of America partnered with SNY as their construction management contractor to complete an extensive refurbishment.
