At the end of 2019, Layton broke ground on the expansion of the University of Utah’s Rice-Eccles Stadium, which included adding state-of-the-art locker rooms, two 177ft concrete towers, press boxes, and the Ken Garff Red Zone and premium suites that increased the capacity of the stadium by 5,637 seats.

University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) selected Structure Tone Southwest to complete a 12,580sf renovation project to the first floor of their Center for Biohealth Building to house an Imaging Suite for a high-profile Alzheimer’s research study. The renovations were completed within an occupied facility while maintaining safe and open access to the building’s mechanical and utility plant systems.

Florida State University's (FSU) Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Science (EOAS) facility is a 7-story, reinforced-concrete building that totals approximately 135,000 square feet and is located on a rather conspicuous site at the North Gateway to FSU. The exterior façade consists of traditional Florida State masonry and clay-tile roofing as well as large elevations of modern curtain wall and metal siding.

The 98,000 SF school was built as a multi-structure, two-story facility incorporating the latest features in flexible learning spaces, technology and security as well as being designed to provide a safe, environmentally friendly campus.
